4. User-Generated Content

Where the Service permits users to upload video content:

• You retain all ownership rights in content you upload
• By uploading content, you grant MENREELS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content on the Service
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload such content
• You shall not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes upon the rights of any third party
• We reserve the right to remove any user-uploaded content at our sole discretion, without prior notice
